We deliver Monday – Friday, except for public holidays. We don’t deliver on weekends, except for Valentine’s Day,Mothers’ Day or
if you have a special event you would like us to do the flowers

There is no set deadline. Orders close once we are out of fresh blooms for the day. You can still make an order for same day delivery
if ‘order now’ appears on the homepage.

You sure can! Simply select the date you would like the flowers delivered on the order page. If this day happens to fall on a public
holiday, the flowers will be delivered on the next business day.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any problems or you are not happy with our service, please contact us
as soon as possible so we can do our best to make you happy!

We will always make sure your flowers are left in a cool, shady area. If you would like them left somewhere in particular please fill
out special instructions on the order page. Your flowers will have a water source as well to keep them nice and hydrated.
